One Season Pool Villa sits across from Bang Saray Beach and sleeps 11–15 guests. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen has a shabu pot and a washing machine, and both dogs and cats are welcome. There is no karaoke here, only a Bluetooth speaker.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom

Bedroom 1 is a large room with one 6-foot bed and three 3.5-foot beds, sleeping 5, ideal for families who want to sleep together. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed and sleeps 2.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have one 5-foot bed. All four rooms have en-suite bathrooms, so there's no queue for the shower in the morning. Extra bedding comes as 3-foot and 6-foot toppers.

A 4 × 7 meter pool and a Bluetooth speaker

The pool is 4 × 7 meters and 110 centimeters deep, and children under 7 stay free.

This house has no microphone and no karaoke, only a Bluetooth speaker for music by the pool, with noise allowed until 22:00. Groups who plan to sing should know this in advance.

A kitchen for shabu dinners and breakfast

The kitchen has an electric stove, a shabu pot, pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a steamer and a washing machine, but no blender. There is a 20-liter ice bucket.

Complimentary bread, jam, 1 pack of drinking water and instant drinks are provided, enough for a simple breakfast. If you need more, ice is 10 baht per bag and charcoal 20 baht per bag.

Exploring around Bang Saray and Sattahip

Near the house are Krua Sabai Sabai restaurant about 370 meters away, a 7-Eleven about 450 meters away, the Bangkok Hospital Pattaya clinic (Bang Saray branch) about 470 meters away, and a Big C Mini about 850 meters away.

The house lists distances to attractions such as Nong Nooch Garden 4.2 kilometers, Columbia Pictures Aquaverse water park 4.4 kilometers, the entrance to Sai Kaew Beach 5.1 kilometers, Ban Amphoe Beach 7.5 kilometers and Wihan Sian at Khao Chi Chan 10 kilometers.
