Ceryn pool villa1: A three-story house split by floor, just right for 12 guests

A three-story house in the Khao Phra Tamnak–Thep Prasit area for groups of 12. The ground floor has two rooms with single beds, the middle floor has the kitchen and a karaoke room, and the top floor has four rooms with large beds. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, making it easy to split people up by floor.

Floor 1: two rooms with separate beds

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor, each with two 3.5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. They suit friends who'd rather not share a bed, or older guests who'd rather avoid the stairs.

This floor also has 1 shared bathroom without a shower, for daytime toilet use only.

Floor 2: kitchen and karaoke room

The middle floor brings the shared spaces together. The kitchen has an electric stove, pots, pans, plates and bowls, cutlery, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a microwave and a washing machine. Bring your own seasonings.

Next to it is a YouTube karaoke room where indoor noise is allowed all night, along with another shared bathroom that, like the one downstairs, has no shower.

Floor 3: four rooms with large beds

Bedrooms 3 to 6 are on the top floor, each with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, so each room can take one couple, or a family with a young child.

Splitting people up by floor like this means singing from the middle floor won't bother those who want to go to bed early too much.

A pool and slide in front of the house

The pool is 3.5 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.45 meters deep, with a 2.5-meter slide. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can move into the karaoke room.

The house is about 4.2 km from the sea, so it suits trips spent mostly at the house.
