Dream House pool villa (Huai Yai) sleeps 16–20 guests. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there's an 11.6-meter slide, a kids' pool 60 centimeters deep, a 500-liter ice bucket and parking for 10 cars inside. It suits convoys of friends or families arriving in several cars.

Come in several cars and still park inside

This house's first highlight is its parking: 10 cars fit inside, but there's no parking outside. Groups coming in more than 10 cars should arrange to carpool before setting off.

Around the house are CJ More Ban Thung Kha Chonburi and a Mini Big C, about 530 meters away, Tree House Garden Café, about 560 meters away, and Castaway Fishing Park, about 710 meters away. The sea is about 4.1 km away.

A big pool, a kids' pool and a long slide

The main pool measures 4 × 8 meters and is 130 centimeters deep, the kids' pool is 60 centimeters deep, and the slide is 11.6 meters long. A floating tray is also provided.

Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 2, sleeping with their parents.

Three 2nd-floor bedrooms with the same bed layout

Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor with two 6-foot beds. On the 2nd floor, bedrooms 2 through 4 are all set up the same way, with one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom and a water heater.

Supplies provided include towels, hair dryers, shampoo and shower gel. For toothbrushes and toothpaste, please bring your own personal items.

The kitchen and a 500-liter ice bucket

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster and a grill. The 500-liter ice bucket is enough for the whole group's drinks. Please bring your own seasonings.

Loud outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 at the latest. Indoors, noise is allowed all night with the doors closed. If you don't wash the dishes, there's a 500 baht dishwashing fee.
