Bring the whole group by bus

There's parking for 4 cars inside the property and 2 outside. What sets it apart from typical holiday homes is that 1–2 buses can park inside, so tour groups or company teams don't need to look for space for large vehicles.

The house is 11.9 km from Krathing Lai Beach and 15 km from Pattaya Beach (a swimmable beach). Nearby is a Bangchak gas station (Motorway, Dan Pong) about 1.1 km away and Pattaya Sheep Farm about 1.8 km away.

The pool, the slide and music until midnight

The pool is 3 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.5 meters deep, with a 2-meter slide plus 3–4 life jackets each for children and adults.

Noise is allowed outdoors until 00:00 and indoors all night. The karaoke runs on YouTube, and there's a Smart TV in the living room.

Sleeping 15 guests in three rooms

Bedroom 1 has four 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. There is 1 more separate bathroom behind the kitchen, along the corridor between bedrooms 2–3.

Supplies include shampoo, soap, tissues, garbage bags and towels, but there's no hair dryer, so bring your own. 2 children under 10 stay free.

A kitchen for big meals

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, wine glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer and a shabu pot, along with an 80-liter ice bucket. Ice and charcoal can be ordered from the house at any time.
