A big bedroom that fits the whole crew

Bedroom 1 has 4 five-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, ideal for close friends or family to sleep together in one room. Bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds, and bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and one 3-foot bed, with the bathroom just outside the room.

Up to 3 children under 8 stay free, and the house provides towels.

A 9-meter pool for days you skip the sea

The house is 12.2 km from the sea, so most of this trip will be spent at the house's pool. The pool is 9 × 4 meters and 1.3 meters deep, and children's life jackets are provided.

Nearby are the Bangchak gas station (Dan Pong Motorway), about 1.1 km away, and Pattaya Sheep Farm, about 1.8 km away, handy for filling up or taking the kids out without going far.

Noise outside until 22:00, then carry on indoors

Noise is allowed outside until 22:00; after that, you can carry on indoors all night. Groups who want to sit and talk for hours don't have to wrap up early; just move inside.

The kitchen, and what you can order from the house

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker and an ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings.

If you need charcoal or ice, you can order from the house: charcoal is 25 baht per bag and ice is 50 baht per bag, with an ordering fee of 70 baht per order. There's parking for 3 cars inside and 2 more in front of the house.
