The noise rules here are split into two periods: outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoor noise is allowed all night. The pool is 6 × 12 meters and 1.2 meters deep, but the house has no children's or adult life jackets. Anyone coming with young children should bring their own flotation gear and have an adult supervising at all times in the pool.

The kitchen has a grill, a mookata grill pan, a shabu pot, a steamer, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a rice cooker and an ice bucket, but there is no ice and charcoal purchasing service, and please bring your own seasonings.
