A long pool for swimming laps

The pool is 3 meters wide, 12.5 meters long and 1.3 meters deep. Its long shape lets you swim laps back and forth, and there is a big duck float to lounge on, plus 3 children's and 2 adult life jackets.

Up to 2 children under 6 stay free. On arrival you get 1 large bag of ice, 1 pack of drinking water (12 bottles) and 1 bag of charcoal. Water and electricity are included.

A karaoke room set apart

The house has 1 YouTube karaoke room, separate from the living room with its 1 Google TV, so those who want to sing and those who want to watch TV don't have to compete for space.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoors you can make noise as you like. The living room also has 1 shared bathroom.

All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed, and bedroom 4 has two 5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom and a water heater.

Towels, hair towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags are provided. Stays of more than 1 night come with free house cleaning; let the house know between 12:00–15:00.

A kitchen with a shabu pot, and restaurants near the house

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a barbecue grill, a shabu pot and a 40-liter ice bucket, but no seasonings, so bring your own. If you'd rather not wash the dishes yourself, there is a 500 baht dishwashing fee.

Holland Grill Bang Saray is about 160 meters away and Baan Talad Bang Saray about 350 meters away. The house says Nong Nooch Garden and Columbia Pictures Aquaverse are about 10 minutes away, Ocean Marina Yacht Club about 15 minutes, and Jomtien Beach about 20 minutes. There is parking for 4–6 cars inside.
