A saltwater pool and slide to keep kids busy all afternoon

The saltwater pool is 3 × 5.5 meters and 150 centimeters deep, with a 4-meter-long slide and 2 children's life jackets. Children under 7 years old stay free, up to 2 children.

The house is about 5.5 km from the sea, so most of the trip's fun happens at the pool and in the house.

Bring your dog; the house has things ready

The house accepts dogs but not cats, at a cost of 500 baht. The house provides 2 bowls and 2 pee pads; if you have more than 2 dogs, you should bring extra supplies yourself.

When it comes to noise, this house is more flexible than you might expect: outdoors you can play music until 22:00, and indoors noise can continue all night. The YouTube karaoke system and 1 Smart TV are in the living room.

Bunk-bed bedrooms for the kids

Downstairs, Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds (a 5-foot bed and 3.5-foot × 2) and uses the shared bathroom in front of the room. Bedroom 3 has a 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, Bedroom 4 has 5-foot beds × 2 and uses a shared bathroom. Every bathroom has a water heater, 3 in total, along with hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

A kitchen and a large ice bucket

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave and an electric kettle. The ice bucket holds 120 liters. Ice can be ordered at 50 baht per bag (10 kilograms) and charcoal at 40 baht per bag, with orders taken until 23:00.

The dishwashing fee is 500–1,000 baht, and for stays of more than 1 night, please ask about the cleaning fee for each booking. There's parking for 4 cars inside the property and 1 outside.
