A big hall for days when everyone wants to be together

The ground floor is a large living hall with 1 Smart TV, a Party Box speaker with microphone, and YouTube karaoke, great for chatting or singing together as a whole group.

Noise is allowed only until 22:00, and loud noise must stop after 22:00. If you want a long singing session, start a bit early.

Bedrooms on two floors, plus a sofa bed room

Floor 1 has Bedroom 1 with one 6-foot bed and Bedroom 2 with two 3.5-foot beds. Floor 2 is laid out the same way, with Bedroom 3 having one 6-foot bed and Bedroom 4 having two 3.5-foot beds. All four rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is 1 more shared bathroom.

Bedroom 5 is on floor 1 and is a sofa bed room that sleeps 2 guests. Every room has a water heater and air conditioning. The house provides mattresses and bedding as listed; if you're worried it won't be enough, you can bring extra of your own.

A pool and a slide that runs at set times

The pool is 4 × 8 meters and about 1.30–1.40 meters deep, with a 4-meter-long slide. The slide's water runs at set times, 8:00–11:00 and 17:00–21:00, so plan your play around these hours.

This house has no life jackets. Children must not enter the pool alone without a guardian watching. Please rinse off before getting in so the water doesn't turn cloudy, and do not bring drinking glasses or glass bottles into the pool. If glass breaks in the pool, guests are responsible for the pool cleaning fee.

Kitchen, charcoal and ice

The kitchen has a toaster, a microwave, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, an electric stove, pots, pans, plates and bowls, a cutting board, knives, and a mortar and pestle. Kitchenware is free to use; please wash everything after use. If that isn't convenient, there is a service fee of 1,000 baht.

Complimentary items include 2 bags of charcoal and 1 bucket of ice, plus 12 bottles of 550 ml drinking water. If you run out, the house doesn't sell charcoal or ice, but it has a shop's phone number so guests can order themselves. A 7-Eleven is about 280 meters away, within walking distance for shopping.

House rules to know before booking

The house accommodates 10 guests, not counting children under 10. Children under 10 stay free, up to 4 of them. Pets of any kind are not allowed on the property; this house does not accept pets of any kind.

No smoking anywhere on the property; violators are fined 5,000 baht. If guests still insist on smoking after a warning, the house has the right to cancel the rental immediately without refunding the rent already paid. Gambling, drug use and carrying weapons are also prohibited.

The house is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests' belongings in any case during the stay. Please look after and keep your belongings safe yourself, and avoid wearing shoes inside the house so the floors aren't damaged.
