The highlight of GRAND WATER PARK is its 4 × 14 meter sea-view pool with a slide that kids and adults can take turns sliding down. After playing in the pool, you can also walk to the sea at Jomtien, about 150 meters away.

Places near the house include DIB D Varee Inspiration Bar, about 90 meters away, then the 7-Eleven Jomtien Soi 13 branch, about 170 meters, and Kasikornbank Jomtien 3 Pattaya, about 330 meters away.

Fourteen bedrooms for large groups

The 1st floor has bedrooms 1–5, each with a 6-foot bed paired with a 3-foot bed. The 2nd floor has bedrooms 6–14: bedrooms 11 and 12 have two 6-foot beds, bedrooms 9 and 13 have a single 6-foot bed, and the other rooms have a 6-foot bed paired with a 3-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.

4–5 children under 10 stay free of charge, or no more than half the number of adults. If the group is larger than the rooms booked, extra rooms can be opened at 3,000 baht per room per night (up to 3 guests).

Sing in the evening, move indoors late at night

The house's karaoke is a YouTube system connected to the smart TV, which is only in the living room. In the evening, outdoor noise is allowed until midnight; late at night, shut the doors tightly and you can keep singing indoors 24 hours a day.

Household amenities include hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, trash bags and water heaters. Groups staying several nights get free house cleaning the following day.

Kitchen, parking and pets

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket, a grill and wine glasses to borrow, but please bring your own seasonings. Charcoal and ice can be ordered from the house before 17:00.

There is parking for 15–20 vehicles in total, and buses can park too. Small pets cost 500 baht per pet per night and large pets 1,000 baht per pet per night. You must bring your pet's own bedding, pets are not allowed in the pool, and they may not be taken for walks outside the house.
