Pets can stay at no cost, but the security deposit rises from the usual 10,000 baht to 20,000 baht, so set aside this amount from the start when planning your trip.

The pool is about 10 meters long and 4 meters wide, and there is space inside the property to park 6 cars.

Linens changed on a schedule, great for longer stays

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have 1 double bed. Bedrooms 3 to 6 each have 1 double bed plus 1 sofa bed. Every room has a private bathroom, and the house has water heaters.

The house cleans the common areas free of charge every day, changes towels free every 2 days and changes the bedding free every 3 days. If you'd like your room cleaned, please let the house know in advance. Cleaning hours are 10:00–17:00.

A KTV room where you can keep singing with the door shut

Noise is allowed outside until 23:00, while in the KTV room noise is allowed all night, as long as the doors and windows are closed. The karaoke is ready-made software.

The kitchen has a moo kratha grill, a shabu pot and a grill, so you can cook dinner yourselves after swimming.
