Ten people, five rooms, a bathroom for each

Bedrooms 1 to 3 have 6-foot beds, and Bedrooms 4 and 5 have 5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, ideal for a group of 10 sharing two to a room.

The living room also has its own bathroom, so guests hanging out downstairs don't have to go into anyone's bedroom. Every room has a water heater. Supplies provided include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

This house does not accept extra guests. Children under 7 stay free, up to 2.

A 1.2-meter-deep pool and noise allowed indoors all night

The pool is 6.5 meters long, 3.2 meters wide and 1.2 meters deep, enough for the group to soak and play in the water together.

Noise is allowed outside the house until 22:00. After that, move into the living room with its smart TV, since noise is allowed inside the house all night.

There is parking for 2 cars inside the property and 2 more outside.

An electric-stove kitchen and costs worth knowing

The kitchen has an electric stove, pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives and a kettle. No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own.

The dishwashing fee is 1,000–2,000 baht, and if you stay more than 1 night, please ask about the cleaning fee case by case.
