Pet fees based on weight

The house accepts cats and dogs: pets weighing up to 5 kilograms are 300 baht per pet per night, and pets over 5 kilograms are 500 baht per pet per night.

The pool is 2 meters wide × 5 meters long and 1.3 meters deep, more for cooling off with a soak than for swimming laps. There are 2 life jackets for children/adults.

The same bed in every room, but different bathrooms

Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed without an en-suite bathroom. Every room has a water heater, and supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Up to 2 extra guests are allowed, but no extra mattresses are provided; extra guests sleep on the sofa. The extra guest fee is 300 baht per person, and children under 7 years old stay free, up to 2 children.

What to bring yourself

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, wine glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, and a microwave, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

The house states that it has no ice bucket, no charcoal or ice service, and no drinking water, so you should buy them on the way before arriving.

The dishwashing fee is 1,000 baht, and the cleaning fee is 1,000 baht (if the house is left excessively dirty).

Noise, parking and nearby shops

Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors until 01:00, so in the evening you can move inside and keep the karaoke going.
