Three houses, six bedrooms
Each house has two floors with one bedroom per floor. Every room has one 6-foot bed that sleeps 2 and an en-suite bathroom, so three families can each take their own house.
The base count is 18 guests, 3 per room: 2 in the bed and 1 on a sofa bed. If more come, extra guests beyond 18 can use sofa-bed bedding, up to a maximum of 24 guests, or 4 per room (adults).
A sloped pool at the center
The pool is 7 meters wide and 11 meters long, with a floor that slopes from shallow to deep, from 10 cm down to 180 cm. Weaker swimmers can relax at the shallow end, while those who want to swim can head to the deep end.
Around the pool there is a separate bathroom you can use straight out of the water, plus a shared garden lounge and a Bluetooth speaker. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, and indoors all night.
A shared poolside kitchen
The shared kitchen is by the pool, with kitchen equipment, a microwave, a rice cooker, a kettle and an ice cooler, so the cooks and the swimmers can keep an eye on each other the whole time.
Ice is 70 baht per bag (10 kg), or 80 baht per bag if ordered after 18:00, and charcoal is 40 baht per bag. Fresh food is available at Thai Foods Fresh Market, Chaiyapruek 2 Market branch, about 408 meters away, and a 7-Eleven is about 407 meters away.
