The sea is close, and so are the shops

The house is about 100 meters from the sea, so it's easy to head out for a morning stroll along Krathing Lai Beach. Around the house there's a PAP Gas station about 255 meters away, Mini Big C about 324 meters, Ko U Kuay Jab about 397 meters, and Krungthai Bank (Rong Po branch) about 721 meters.

The pool is 3 × 7 meters with a 2-meter-long slide, plus 2 children's life jackets and 2 adult life jackets. Children under 5 years old stay free, up to 3 children, with no extra equipment or bedding.

Pets can stay too

The house accepts both dogs and cats at 300 baht per pet per night, ideal for those who want to bring their pets along for walks near the sea.

Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00; after that, you can move inside and keep the karaoke going.

Bedroom and bathroom layout

Three of the four bedrooms are upstairs. The first has an en-suite bathroom with one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. The second is a small room with one 3.5-foot bed and no en-suite bathroom. The third has two 5-foot beds. Bedroom 4 is downstairs, and the house hasn't specified its bed size.

Upstairs there is 1 separate bathroom, and downstairs there is 1 bathroom inside the house plus 2 more outside. Supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Kitchen, grilling and fees to know

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill and wine glasses, but no seasonings, so bring your own. There's a 100-liter ice bucket and 12 bottles of free drinking water.

Charcoal and ice are sold at the house (ask about prices on site) until 22:00. Drinking water is 40 baht per pack, the dishwashing fee is 300 baht (if you don't wash up yourself), and the cleaning fee is 500 baht. For stays of more than 1 consecutive night, general house cleaning is available; ask on site for details.

The house does not allow charging car batteries on the property. There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 2 outside.
