A wooden house for groups here to have fun

The house states plainly that it only accepts party-style groups. It's a wooden house and isn't recommended for guests looking for a luxury-style house, so anyone after a sleek, upscale feel should choose another one. But if you're coming as a big gang to swim and sing, this one fits the bill.

The pool is 8 × 15 meters and 120–150 cm deep, with a 15-meter-long slide and 3 children's life jackets. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22.00; after that, move indoors and carry on with the YouTube karaoke all night.

Twin rooms that share a bathroom

All six rooms have 5-foot beds. Room 1 has 1 bed and an en-suite bathroom, room 2 has 2 beds and an en-suite bathroom, room 3 has 2 beds, room 4 has 1 bed, room 5 has 2 beds, and room 6 has a bunk bed.

Rooms 3-4 are twin rooms within 1 room and share a bathroom, and rooms 5-6 are arranged the same way. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are next to the pool, and bedroom 5 has a bathtub. Groups made up of several families should give the twin rooms to people who are close.

A kitchen for big groups, and things to bring yourself

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a 200-liter ice bucket, but there's no mookata grill or shabu pot, and no seasonings, so bring your own. The bathrooms have a hair dryer, towels, tissues and garbage bags, but shampoo and soap aren't provided, so please bring your own.

Ice can be ordered at 50 baht per bag, charcoal at 30 baht per bag, and drinking water at 60 baht per pack, with charcoal and ice orders taken until no later than 20.30. The dishwashing fee is 500–1,000 baht; if guests wash up themselves, there's no charge.

Sightseeing around the house and getting there

The house lists nearby places: Ice City, the sheep farm and bird show garden, Pa Boon Cafe and the elephant park at about 2.5 km; Slowride cafe at 4 km; 7-11 and Wat Nong Ket fresh market at 2 km; Tesco Lotus at 5 km; and Lan Pho seafood market at 10 km.

Close to the house, Yum Rot Thip restaurant is about 130 meters away, and CJ More Ban Krak Santikham branch about 870 meters. Getting there is easy by exiting the motorway at the Bang Lamung toll gate. Parking fits 2 cars inside the property and another 5 in front of the house, but buses can't park.
