Charter a bus, no need to split into several cars

The house information states there is parking for 1 car in front and that buses can park. Groups who charter a bus together can get off right in front of the house, with no need to split into several cars and worry about parking.

From the house, the Four Regions Floating Market is about 2 kilometers away and Tiger Park about 3 kilometers away. One vehicle can take the whole group sightseeing in the late morning, and you can come back to rest at the house in the afternoon.

5 bathrooms mean less waiting in line

All 4 bedrooms have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom for people getting out of the pool or visiting guests, so no one has to walk through someone else's bedroom.

There are water heaters, plus towels, a hair dryer, soap and shampoo, helping a large group shower and get dressed in time to head out for dinner.

Rules on noise, young children and pets

The pool is 4 × 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with 3 children's life jackets provided. Children under 5 stay free, up to 2 of them, which suits groups of relatives bringing little ones along.

Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00. After that, you can move inside to chat or watch the 65-inch smart TV in the living room with doors and windows closed so as not to disturb the neighbors. As for pets, this house does not accept them.
