Stay for days and the house stays tidy

If you stay more than 1 night, the house provides a cleaning service (sweeping and mopping), and for 3-night stays, the bed linen is changed too, so on longer trips you don't have to clean the floors yourself every day.

On the first day the house provides 1 bag of ice, 1 bag of charcoal and 8 bottles of drinking water. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV, YouTube karaoke and a pool table for downtime between outings.

A kitchen for breakfast and coffee

The kitchen has coffee cups, pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a microwave and wine glasses, along with a grill and an ice bucket, so you can make simple breakfasts or dinners at home throughout the trip.

No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own, and wash the dishes after every use, because if you don't, a service fee of 500–1,000 baht (as assessed on site) is deducted after check-out.

Guest numbers to know before booking

Every bedroom has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 hair dryers, along with towels, soap and shampoo. The private pool uses a chlorine system and is 4 × 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep.

The house can take up to 2 extra guests; those who don't need a mattress are charged 500 baht per person per night. Children under 5, up to 2 of them, stay free but must sleep with their parents.
