Close to the sea at Bang Saray, but you park outside

The house is in the Bang Saray Beach area, just 270 meters from the sea, and Ai Talay restaurant is about 580 meters away.

Cars cannot park inside the house; parking is outside, with space for 4–5 cars. Groups arriving in several cars should sort out parking before they arrive.

A poolside slide, and noise that has to come down from 21:00

The pool has a 3.5-meter slide that takes up to 90 kilograms, along with 3 children's and 2 adult life jackets. Up to 2 children under 5 stay free.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 21:00, while indoors you can carry on as long as the sound doesn't leak outside beyond what the law allows. So a YouTube karaoke session should plan to move indoors early in the evening.

Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 1 is next to the pool, with one 5-foot bed and one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has the same bed setup and also has an en-suite.

Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds and bedroom 4 has one 5-foot bed; these two rooms use the common bathroom. Bathroom 4 is by the dining table next to the pool table. Every bathroom has a water heater.

Kitchen, freebies and extra costs

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a barbecue grill, wine glasses, a 20-kilogram ice cooler and a 25-liter ice bucket. No seasonings are provided, so bring your own. The house gives you 12 small bottles of drinking water.

Charcoal is 40 baht per bag and ice 50 baht per bag, to be ordered before 19:00. Dishwashing costs 500 baht, and cleaning if the house is left very dirty costs 1,000 baht. Stays of 3 nights or more come with free cleaning on day 2.
