The house's highlight is an arcade machine with more than 4,000 games, free to play. Next to it is a pool table with 3 games in one, so kids and adults can take turns.

The living room has a shared 55-inch TV and a Bluetooth speaker for music. The house information doesn't state noise hours, so if you plan to play music loudly late into the night, check with our team first.

A 10-meter slide into a 4 × 8 pool

The pool is 4 × 8 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with a 10-meter-long slide and a backup water pump. The pool is fairly deep, so kids who aren't strong swimmers should have an adult watching nearby.

Up to 3 children aged 7 and under stay free (sleeping with parents), and pets are welcome at 500 baht each per night.

Three bedrooms downstairs, one upstairs

The ground floor has three rooms. Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed, room for 1 extra guest and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has two 3.5-foot bunk beds and room for 3 extra guests, a room kids will probably love. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed and uses the shared bathroom.

Upstairs is Bedroom 4 with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for a couple who want to slip away for some quiet. Every room has a water heater, and shampoo, soap and hair dryers are provided.

A Thai kitchen, a Western kitchen and extras to order

The house has both a Western kitchen and a Thai kitchen, equipped right down to dipping-sauce bowls, tongs, basins, a steamer, a steaming pot and a toaster, so you can cook all sorts of meals yourselves.

Ice can be ordered at 60 baht per sack, charcoal at 50 baht per bag and drinking water at 80 baht per pack of 12 bottles. There's parking for 2 cars inside and room for several more in front of the house, and 7-Eleven is about 620 meters away.
