Castle Hills villa: Separate kids' pool, grill with a smoke extractor

Castle Hills villa takes groups of 14 guests. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, plus 2 more shared bathrooms. Besides the main pool there's a separate kids' pool, up to 3 children under 10 stay free, and water and electricity are already included.

A main pool and a kids' pool for family trips

The house is opposite Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan Beach, 6 km from the sea, so your days are spent mainly at the house pool. The main pool is 3 × 7 meters and 1.4 meters deep, with a separate 2 × 4 meter kids' pool.

For little ones there are 3 kids' life jackets, so the adults can use the main pool while the kids splash around in their own.

Bedrooms that make it easy to sleep parents with kids

Bedroom 2 has 3 beds, one 5-foot bed and two 3.5-foot beds, ideal for parents bringing two children to share one room. Bedroom 4 has two 5-foot beds.

Bedrooms 1 and 3 have 6-foot beds, and Bedroom 5 has a 5-foot bed. All five rooms have an en-suite bathroom, a smart TV and a water heater.

A kitchen and a smoke-free grilling corner

The house grill has a smoke extractor, so you can grill round after round without worrying about smoke drifting into the house. The kitchen has a gas stove, pots, pans, an air fryer, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a moo kata grill, a mortar and pestle and wine glasses, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Freebies include two bags of charcoal, two bags of ice and two packs of drinking water, which fit easily in the 200-liter ice bucket. If that's not enough, you can order extra ice at 60 baht per bag and charcoal at 30 baht per bag until 20:00.

Entertainment at home and essentials nearby

The living room has another smart TV and YouTube karaoke. You can sing outside until 22:00, while noise is allowed indoors at any time.

Around the house are Wat Yansangwararam Hospital, about 1.3 km away, 7-Eleven, about 1.2 km away, and Ban Bueng noodle shop, about 760 meters away. There's parking for 3 cars inside and 3 more in front of the house.
