A base for exploring Yaowarat

The house is close to Yaowarat Road and 600 meters from MRT Wat Mangkon, while Song Wat Road is about 1.8 km away, so it's easy to head out in search of food or hop on the train.

This house has no swimming pool, so anyone who wants a pool should choose another house. Parking is for 1 car in front of the house; if you're coming in several cars, it's best to plan to travel by public transport.

Three bedrooms, and bathrooms to know about before assigning rooms

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and no en-suite bathroom; it shares a bathroom with the 1st floor or the 3rd floor.

Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed with a bathroom in front of the bedroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 beds (a 3.5-foot bed and a 5-foot bed) and an en-suite bathroom.

There are water heaters, a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Living rooms on two floors and a small kitchen

Smart TVs are in the 1st-floor living room, the 3rd-floor living room and the master bedroom on the 4th floor, so several groups can watch separately. The house provides drinking water according to the number of guests per night.

The kitchen has pots, pans, an electric stove, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a microwave and a toaster, enough for simple cooking. Dishwashing fee is 500 baht.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise until 00:00, but it shouldn't be very loud as there are residents all around.
