A nicely sized small pool, with the sea not far away

The pool is 3 meters wide, 6 meters long and 130 cm deep, just right for a cooling afternoon soak. If you want a change of scene, Ban Amphoe beach is about 700 m away.

Around the house, SEiKi is about 275 meters away, the 7-Eleven Ban Amphoe branch about 369 meters, and a PTT gas station about 388 meters, handy for filling up before the drive home.

Three rooms downstairs, one on the mezzanine

Downstairs, Bedrooms 1 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed, and the house has 1 more shared bathroom.

The second floor, or mezzanine, is 1 bedroom with only two 6-foot mattresses. The house provides towels for every guest.

A kitchen with a grill

The kitchen is fully equipped with a grill, but please bring your own seasonings.

Ice at 50 baht a bag (10 kilograms) and charcoal at 35 baht a bag can be ordered from the house. Noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can close the doors and windows and carry on indoors.

Things to know before booking

Electricity is capped at 100 units, with each extra unit charged at 7 baht. Children under 7 stay free, up to 3 kids, and any additional children count as adults at 300 baht each. This house does not accept pets.

If you want to postpone or switch to another house in the same group after booking, there is a 1,000 baht processing fee. You must give notice 1 week in advance, or no less than 5 days before check-in, and this can be used only 1 time. Cancellations are non-refundable in all cases.

Fenced parking

There's parking for 6 cars in total, 1 inside the house and 5 more beside the house within a fence, so groups driving several cars don't need to look for roadside spots.
