Families and pets can come together

Children of any age stay free if they can sleep with their parents, so families should let the house know how many children are coming and plan the bedrooms accordingly. The pool is 3 × 6 meters and 130 cm deep.

The house accepts dogs and cats weighing up to 20 kilograms, at 300 baht per pet per night, and the Better Pet animal clinic is about 480 meters away.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, plus an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 6-foot bed with no en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 3 has a 5-foot bed with no en-suite bathroom.

The last two rooms share 1 bathroom in the living room area.

Kitchen, ice and parking

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster and a 5-liter ice bucket.

If you need ice, 10 kilograms costs 50 baht, and charcoal is 50 baht per bag. Noise is allowed until 22:00. There's parking for 1 car inside the property and 2 outside, and a 7-Eleven is about 530 meters away.
