Mookata by the pool

The kitchen comes with a mookata grill, a shabu pot and a barbecue grill, plus a 100-liter ice bucket. Set up beside the 3 × 6 meter pool, which is 130 cm deep and chlorine-treated.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 23:00, while indoors there is no time limit, so you can carry on inside after wrapping up outdoors.

Other kitchenware includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave and wine glasses. Please bring your own seasonings.

Six bedrooms, all with 6-foot beds

Floor 1 has Bedrooms 1 and 2, and floor 2 has Bedrooms 3 to 6. Every room has one 6-foot bed. Bedrooms 1 to 4 have en-suite bathrooms, while Bedrooms 5 and 6 are connecting rooms with a shared en-suite bathroom in the middle.

There are Smart TVs in every room, 7 rooms in total, and water heaters in every room, so anyone who wants to watch their own shows can do so. Amenities include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

A small karaoke room and things for kids

The house has a small YouTube karaoke room. The house states clearly that it's a small room, so it works best with groups taking turns to sing.

Children under 5 stay free, up to 5 children. There are 5 children's life jackets but no adult life jackets. For stays of 2 nights or more, bed sheets and towels are changed on day 3.

Getting there and pets

The house is 7.5 km from the sea, with parking for 1 car inside the grounds and 4 outside; buses cannot park here. The nearby spot listed is View Ang House Cafe about 278 meters away, while the Mini Big C convenience store is about 1.1 km away, so stock up on everything before you arrive.

The house accepts pets: cats of any kind 300 baht, small dogs 300 baht and large dogs 500 baht.
