Exquisite poolvilla J has an 8 × 12 meter saltwater pool and 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping 10–15 guests. What sets it apart from typical houses is that outdoor noise is allowed only until 21:00, so plan to wrap up poolside activities early.

A pool 8 meters wide and 12 meters long

The saltwater pool is 8 meters wide, 12 meters long and 1–1.8 meters deep, with plenty of room for many people to swim at once. Bedroom 5 on floor 2 overlooks the pool.

Children under 7 stay free (2–3 children), but the deep end reaches 1.8 meters, so adults should stay close to children whenever they're in the water.

Turn off the music outside at 21:00 and move indoors

This house allows outdoor noise only until 21:00, while indoors it's allowed until midnight. Start the barbecue early in the evening, then move inside for YouTube karaoke in the living room.

There are TVs in 3 bedrooms and 1 in the living room. Water and electricity are included. The house provides 1 bag of charcoal and 1 bag of ice, and you can buy more until 17:00: ice is 35 baht per bag, and a set of 3 bags of charcoal with alcohol fire starter and a lighter is 140 baht.

Five bedrooms with 5- and 6-foot beds

Bedroom 1 is downstairs with a 5-foot bed, and Bedroom 2 is on the right-hand side with a 6-foot bed. Floor 2 has Bedroom 3 with a 5-foot bed, Bedroom 4 with a 6-foot bed and Bedroom 5 with a 5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is also 1 separate bathroom.

The house accepts 1–2 pets at 500 baht each per night, cats up to 5–6 kilograms and dogs up to 5–10 kilograms. About 196 meters from the house is a 7-Eleven, and Pan Pan pharmacy is about 201 meters away.
