A chlorine pool at the heart of the house

The chlorine-system swimming pool measures 7.20 × 3.50 meters and is 130 cm deep, and the house provides 3 children's life jackets.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, move inside to keep singing on the YouTube karaoke system all night.

Three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have one 6-foot bed as well as a 3-foot bed, with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom.

There are water heaters, along with towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Kitchen, extras to order and service fees

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster and a grill. No seasonings are provided; please bring your own.

Ice in 8–10 kg bags is 80 baht per bag and charcoal 40 baht per bag, orderable no later than 17:00, so order before you start grilling in the evening.

Cleaning service starts at 500 baht and dishwashing service starts at 500 baht. Near the house is Som Tam Pa Duean, about 68 meters away.

Pets and parking

The house accepts pets; please state the type and ask about the price in advance (no cats).

2 cars can park inside the house. The house does not accept extra guests, so give the exact number of people at the time of booking.
