A 12-meter pool with twin slides

The pool is 4 meters wide, 12 meters long and 1.4 meters deep, with 2 slides 21.6 meters long that about 5 people can use at once. Children's life jackets come in size S (2), M (2) and L (2).

It's about 140 meters from the sea. Nai Kae 3 restaurant is about 70 meters away, FamilyMart about 198 meters away and Tops Daily about 209 meters away.

There's parking for 4 cars inside the house and a parking lot beside the house for another 20 cars.

Bedrooms on the Twin A side

The bedroom details provided are for the Twin A side. The second floor has Bedrooms 1–4 and the third floor has Bedrooms 5–7. Each room has 1 or 2 six-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, and there are TVs in 7 bedrooms in total.

Bedroom details for the Twin B side are not yet listed in the house information, so ask about the room layout before assigning rooms to your group. There are no extra beds for guests beyond the limit.

Coffee in the morning, housekeeping later on

The house has a bean-to-cup coffee machine, with beans already loaded in the machine and more left out for you. The kitchen has an electric stove for grilling, steaming and cooking, plus one 25-liter and one 60-liter ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings.

For stays of more than 1 night, cleaning is provided daily between 9:00–15:00. Please give 1 day's notice, or 2–3 hours before the time you want. Drinking water is provided at 3 packs per day, each pack holding 12 bottles of 500 ml.

YouTube-based karaoke uses a JBL sound system with 2 microphones. Noise is allowed outside until 22:00 and inside all night, but setting up a band is not allowed outside or on the rooftop.
