A short walk to the sea, then back for a soak in the small pool

This house's selling point is its distance. It's in the Bang Saray Beach area, about 50 m from the sea, so it's easy to go play in the sea and then come back to rinse off at the house.

The pool is a small one measuring 3.4 × 3.4 meters (width × length) and 1.5 meters deep, better suited to soaking than swimming laps. There are 2 children's and 2 adults' life jackets.

Two bedrooms, with bunk beds for the kids

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and two 3.5-foot bunk beds, and also has an en-suite bathroom.

There's 1 more bathroom upstairs, by the kitchen and karaoke room. Every bathroom has a water heater, and hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags are provided.

3 children under 10 can stay free.

Upstairs: the kitchen and karaoke room

The karaoke room has 1 smart TV and YouTube karaoke. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, and indoor noise until midnight.

The kitchen has wine glasses, a steamer, a blender, a rice cooker, a microwave and a grill, plus a 40-liter ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings.

The house provides 1 bag of ice (10 kilograms) and 1 free bag of grilling charcoal. Extra charcoal and ice can be ordered until 22:00, and drinking water is 50 baht per pack. If you'd rather not wash the dishes yourself, the housekeeper can do it for 700 baht.
