Walk to Bang Saray beach

The house is just 120 m from the sea, so anyone who wants to walk down for a swim or watch the waves in the morning can do so easily. Nearby, I Talay restaurant is about 517 meters away and Sailom Sea Beach about 549 meters.

The house lends bicycles for free, so you can ride around the Bang Saray area without taking the car out.

An adult pool and a kids' pool

The adult pool measures 4 × 8 meters and is 1.30 meters deep, while the separate kids' pool is 2.4 × 1.8 meters and 0.60 meters deep, so little ones can play in their own pool.

Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 3 kids, while children over 7 are charged 300 baht per person per night.

Four bedrooms, three with extra bedding

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds with an extra mattress and a bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed with an extra mattress, and Bedroom 3 has two 6-foot beds with an extra mattress, both with en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed, and the house has 1 more outside bathroom, along with towels, hair dryers and a washing machine.

A pool table indoors, and the noise rules

Inside there's a 6-foot pool table for games at night. Noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can play loud music indoors with the doors and windows closed.

You can sit and drink outside, but no loud music. If you want some background music, a small speaker is fine.

A big kitchen, bring your own seasonings

The large kitchen has pans, glasses, plates, bowls, spoons, a rice cooker, a refrigerator, a toaster, a gas stove and a microwave, but no seasonings are provided, so you'll need to bring your own.

The house provides 1 bag of charcoal, 1 pack of water and 1 bag of 10 kg ice for free. 2 cars can park inside, with unlimited parking outside the house.
