Two upstairs bedrooms with sea views
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are upstairs and have sea views. Each room has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, sleeping 4 guests per room, and the en-suite bathroom has a bathtub.
Upstairs there's also bedroom 3 (one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, sleeping 3 guests) and bedroom 4 (one 5-foot bed, sleeping 2 guests), while bedroom 5 is downstairs with one 5-foot bed, sleeping 2 guests; anyone who finds stairs inconvenient can choose this room. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, for a total of 6 bathrooms.
The sea next door and a 1.5-meter-deep pool
The house is right on the sea, so on the same day you can choose between swimming in the sea and getting in the pool. The swimming pool measures 4 × 6 meters and is 1.5 meters deep, so weaker swimmers should be careful, and swim rings are available for rent at 500 baht per day.
Chai Le Seafood restaurant is about 236 meters from the house, and 7-Eleven is about 828 meters away.
Kitchen, amenities and costs to know in advance
The kitchen is fully equipped. If you want to grill, charcoal can be ordered at 40 baht per bag and ice at 140 baht per sack. There are 5 hair dryers in the house.
After meals, the dishes should be washed properly, because the house sets a dishwashing fine of 1,000 baht.
Extra guests, children and dogs
If more people come than the base number, extra guests are charged 600 baht per person with a mattress, or 300 baht per person for extra guests without a mattress, while children up to 7 years old stay free, 2 guests.
The house accepts small-breed dogs at 500 baht/dog/night. 2 cars can park inside the property, with more parking outside the house.
