Maple Tree spreads its nine bedrooms across small, medium and large houses, five houses in all, sleeping 18–30 guests. It has a 7 × 12 meter pool, outdoor noise is allowed until 00:00, pets are welcome, and a veterinary clinic, a pharmacy and a 7-Eleven are all less than 100 meters away.

Small, medium and large houses make it easy to split into groups

Small house 1 has bedroom 1 with two 3.5-foot twin beds. Medium house 1 has bedrooms 2 and 3, both with two 3.5-foot twin beds, and medium house 2 has bedroom 4 with 3.5-foot twin beds and bedroom 5 with a 5-foot bed.

The large house has bedrooms 6, 7 and 8, each with one 5-foot bed, and small house 2 has bedroom 9 with a 5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom by the kitchen, so groups of several families can each have their own house.

A 7 × 12 meter pool, with outdoor noise until midnight

The pool is 7 × 12 meters, 1.2 meters at its shallowest and 1.35 meters at its deepest, with a fairly even depth throughout, so a large group can swim together without crowding.

The house allows outdoor noise until 00:00 and includes 2 small bags of charcoal and 2 large bags of ice, 10 kg each, for free. If that's not enough, you can order more: 10 kg bags of ice at 50 baht per bag and charcoal at 20 baht per bag.

A kitchen with a BBQ grill

Kitchen equipment includes a gas stove, a microwave, a pan, cups and bowls, a kettle, a BBQ grill and a mortar and pestle, enough to cook a barbecue meal for a large group.

Amenities include towels, soap and shampoo, and every room has air conditioning, but there are no hair dryers, so bring your own if you need one.

Bring your pets, with a clinic near the house

Maple Tree welcomes pets, at 300 baht for small pets and 500 baht for large pets, and there's a veterinary clinic about 33 meters from the house, giving pet owners extra peace of mind.

Other essentials are within walking distance too: Thep Prasit pharmacy about 58 meters away, a 7-Eleven about 67 meters, an ATM about 74 meters, Daeng-Dam noodle shop about 88 meters and Kids ATV's about 130 meters. There is parking for about 15 cars, and you can let the house know in advance to open up more parking space.
