Alisa Garden&Pool: Three poolside bedrooms · Daily garbage collection by a housekeeper

Alisa Garden&Pool hosts 14–16 guests. All four bedrooms are set up the same way with two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, three of them open right onto the pool, a housekeeper collects the garbage every day, and a minibus can park inside the property.

Open your bedroom door and step straight into the pool

Bedrooms B, C and D sit right by the pool. The 4 × 10 meter pool slopes from about 150 to 160 cm deep, with a slide that supports up to 90 kilograms and 3 children's life jackets (none for adults).

The pool is fairly deep throughout, so children under 7, who stay free up to 3 kids, should wear life jackets and be supervised by an adult at all times.

Four equal bedrooms, easy to split up the group

Bedroom 1 (A) through Bedroom 4 (D) are all set up the same way, with two 5-foot beds, an en-suite bathroom and a water heater in every room, so a group of friends can split into four rooms without anyone getting a smaller one.

A housekeeper collects the garbage every day and changes the towels and bed sheets every 2 nights, both at a time that suits the guests. Amenities include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Snooker, karaoke and TVs in 5 rooms

Inside there's a snooker table, TVs in 5 rooms including a smart TV in the karaoke room, and a YouTube karaoke system. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoors you can carry on until morning with the doors closed and the volume turned down.

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster and a steamer, plus a 200-liter ice bucket that holds about 7–8 bags. Please bring your own seasonings.

Plenty of parking, with shops near the house

4 cars can park inside and another 2 in front of the house, and a minibus can park inside, ideal for groups renting a vehicle together.

Near the house, Mini Big C is about 370 meters away, Je Nong Kiao Pla restaurant about 390 meters, a pharmacy about 470 meters, and Bangkok Bank about 470 meters.
