Two rooms downstairs, four upstairs

Floor 1 has Bedrooms 1 and 2, each with 1 6-foot bed. Floor 2 has four more rooms: Bedrooms 3 and 4 with 2 3.5-foot beds each, Bedroom 5 with 1 3.5-foot bed together with 1 6-foot bed, and Bedroom 6 with 1 6-foot bed.

All six rooms have an en-suite bathroom, a water heater and 1 hair dryer per room. If extra bedding is needed, the house leaves the bedding sets in the hall, and guests can carry them to whichever room they want and lay them out themselves. The TVs in every room are cable TV, not smart TVs.

The backyard pool and noise hours

The pool is 3.5 × 7.5 meters and 100–140 cm deep. The house doesn't provide children's or adults' life jackets; if you're bringing children and want them, please let the house know in advance.

By the pool and outside the house, noise is allowed until no later than 21.30. After that, move inside to sing on the YouTube karaoke system in the hall, where with the doors closed noise is allowed until no later than 02:00. The speakers are fixed in place in the living room and must not be moved.

A charcoal grill kitchen and extras you can order

The kitchen has 20 sets of plates and bowls, cutlery and glasses, a microwave, an electric kettle, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a set of pans and pots, 1 charcoal barbecue grill and an ice bucket that holds up to 30 kg. No seasonings are provided, so you'll need to bring your own.

Freebies include 2 bags of charcoal and 1 pack of drinking water. If that's not enough, you can order until 22:00: ice at 100 baht a bag, charcoal at 50 baht a bag and drinking water at 60 baht a pack.

Errands near the house within walking distance

The Government Savings Bank is about 120 meters away, Deo Dental Clinic about 130 meters, Loma Shabu (Little Walk Pattaya) about 170 meters and Boots Little Walk Pattaya about 180 meters. If you forget something or want to eat out, you can walk there.

The sea, however, is about 3 km away, so on days you want to go to the beach you'll need to take a car. The rest of your time goes to the pool, the hall and barbecue meals at home.

Good to know before you stay

No smoking inside the house, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house.
Do not exceed the number of guests you declared.
No loud noise outside the house or around the pool after 21.30, and do not move the speakers from where they are placed in the living room.

The YouTube karaoke system is only in the hall
Dogs and cats are welcome for a fee of 500 baht per pet per night. No going in the pool or onto beds, sofas or tables, and please take care of droppings and all household items. If a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.
Fancy pool floats are provided to play with. If one bursts or is damaged, there is a fine of 1,000 baht, and 2,000 baht for large ones.
Please wash all kitchen equipment, plates, bowls and drinking glasses after use and put them away. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can wash them for you for 500–1,000 baht.
Lost or damaged house keys/key cards 300–500 baht
Check out before 11:00. Late check-out costs 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour).
Cleaning service for stays of 3 nights or more: the house cleans every 2 days, except Sundays, when no housekeeper is available.
The 6,000 baht security deposit is refunded on the check-out day if nothing is damaged.
Credit card payments are not accepted.
Foreign guests, please notify in advance so the house can prepare English documents for signing before your stay, and please let the house know the guests' nationality when you first inquire.
