A city-center location, walking distance to restaurants

The house is in the heart of Pattaya, in Central Pattaya on Third Road behind Central Marina, with convenient transport. Mitsu Omakase restaurant is about 30 meters away, a 7-Eleven about 150 meters away, and Fun Suay Yim Sai dental clinic about 160 meters away.

The sloped pool is 2.5 × 7 meters and 80–130 cm deep, with a slide. The house is geared toward relaxing, chatting and partying, with music allowed fairly loud to a certain level.

Plenty of bedrooms, but shared bathrooms

Downstairs are Bedroom 1 with one 5-foot bed, and Bedroom 2, with 1 shared bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 5, with two 5-foot beds, has no bathroom and shares one with the upstairs bedroom on the right.

The house has 3 bathrooms in total, so groups of 6–8 should agree on a shower order. Children up to 7 stay free, up to 2 of them.

A basic kitchen with a toaster

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket. You can wash the dishes and kitchenware yourself; if that isn't convenient, there is a service fee of 500–1,000 baht.

There is parking for 1 car inside the property and 2 in front of the house.

Conditions stricter than most houses

Check-in is at 14:00 only, with no early check-in in any case, and late check-out of more than half an hour up to 1 hour is charged at 1,000 baht per hour.

The 3,000 baht security deposit is refunded 1–2 hours after check-out. If outsiders are brought in without notice, the deposit will not be refunded. Bookings are non-refundable in all cases, this house provides no complimentary items, and pets are not accepted.
