Pratumnak 6 Pool villa: A 5 × 10 meter pool with lights that switch on by themselves at six in the evening

A holiday house in the Pratumnak Hill area for groups of 10–15 guests. The 10-meter pool has automatic pool lights, the four bedrooms have king-size and queen-size beds with an en-suite bathroom in every room, there's private parking for 6–7 cars, and you can bring your cat or dog.

A ten-meter pool for continuous laps

The pool is 5 meters wide, 10 meters long and 120 cm deep, giving anyone who likes swimming laps a decent distance.

The pool lights are on an automatic timer and come on around 18:00, so there's no hunting for switches after dark, and you can keep chatting by the pool right after dinner.

Big beds in every room, all en-suite

Bedroom 1 has one king-size bed and one queen-size bed, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one king-size bed, and Bedroom 4 has one queen-size bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there's 1 more shared bathroom.

The house has 2 hair dryers. Children aged 10 and under stay free, up to 2 kids, but the house only accepts the number of guests registered in the system and cannot take additional guests.

A kitchen and grill for dinner

Kitchen equipment includes a rice cooker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, a kettle, a microwave, a mortar and pestle, a spatula, a ladle, a stove lighter, a gas stove, a portable gas canister, a grill and a toaster.

Charcoal can be ordered from the house by the set, and ice comes in bags of about 8 kilograms. Bring your own fresh ingredients and grill right by the pool.

Music indoors until midnight

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can move inside to chat or play music until 00:00, ideal for groups who want to socialize but aren't planning to party until morning.

The damage deposit is accepted in cash only, with no bank transfers, so please have cash ready from check-in day.

A convenience store almost next door, and parking on site

7-Eleven is about 76 meters from the house, Solute Restaurant about 93 meters, and Xta Plus pharmacy Pratumnak branch about 283 meters, so any supplies or medicine you forgot can be picked up within minutes.

The house has private parking for 6–7 cars and welcomes pets, with cats and small dogs at 300 baht each per night and large dogs at 500 baht each per night.
