A 12-meter pool for a big group

The pool is 5 × 12 meters and 1.2 meters deep, with 3–4 children's life jackets. If you'd like swim rings, please let the house know at check-in.

All houses ban outdoor noise after 22.00, but you can carry on indoors all night, playing music, singing and chatting as usual, as long as it isn't too loud.

Three large rooms, three small rooms

Rooms 1 to 3 each have two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, and each is on a different floor: floor 2, floor 1 and floor 3. Rooms 4 to 6 each have one 6-foot bed. Every room has a water heater.

Children under 7 stay free, but no extra mattresses, pillows, blankets or towels are provided for them, so families with young kids should bring their children's bedding.

What's provided in the house

The kitchen has all the basic equipment, including a mortar and wine glasses, plus a 50-liter ice bucket. Also provided are soap, shampoo, drinking water, ice, seasonings, cooking charcoal, hair dryers, towels, tissues and garbage bags.

If you need more, charcoal is 30 baht per bag and large bags of ice 60 baht per bag. Cleaning starts at 1,000 baht and dishwashing at 500 baht.

Stays of 1-2 nights include no cleaning or change of sheets and towels. Stays of 3 nights include 1 change of sheets and towels, and you can choose the cleaning day.

Vehicles, pets and paperwork

There is parking for 4 cars inside and 2 in front of the house, but buses and minibuses are not allowed into the estate under any circumstances. Groups on chartered large vehicles must plan their pick-up and drop-off point in advance.

Small pets are welcome at 500 baht per pet per night, and cats are also 500 baht per pet per night. No more than 2 pets per house, and pets are not allowed in the water.

Early check-in and late check-out are not possible. For anyone who needs paperwork, cash receipts can be issued, but a copy of an ID card cannot be attached.
