A 6th bedroom for a growing group

House 1 has 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has two 5-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bed, room for 1 more mattress on the floor, and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The small bedroom has one 5-foot bed, room for 1 floor mattress and 1 en-suite bathroom.

House 2 has 3 small bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Every room has one 5-foot bed, room for 1 mattress on the floor and an en-suite bathroom.

If your group exceeds the planned number, the house can add a 6th bedroom for an extra 1,500 baht, sleeping 2 guests. The whole house has air conditioning except the bathrooms and kitchen.

A kitchen you can really cook in

Kitchen equipment includes a rice cooker, pots, a gas stove, plates and bowls, spoons and forks, cups and bowls, a fridge, a freezer, a mortar and a barbecue grill. The freezer makes it easy to store fresh food for a big group.

If you want ice, it must be ordered 1 day before your stay only. Large bags of ice are 50 baht per bag and charcoal is 30 baht per bag, or you can ask the housekeeper to buy things for you with 1 day's notice.

Before checking out, please wash the dishes properly, otherwise there's a 500 baht fine.

Pool, living room and snooker table

The wide pool is 4.5 × 10 meters and slopes from 1.10–1.60 meters deep. The ground floor of House 1 has a sofa set and a sound system, while the living room of House 2 has a snooker table.

Sunset Bay restaurant is about 30 meters away and Sunset Beach about 300 meters. Parking for 6 cars inside and 4–5 cars outside.

Pets, children and things to know before booking

This house accepts both dogs and cats at 500 baht per pet. If a pet poops or pees on the bedding, the house security deposit will be forfeited.

Children under 5 stay free, while children over 5 but no older than 10 are charged an extra 200 baht each. This house cannot issue any bills, cannot give discounts, and is not able to do video calls under any circumstances.
