Mama Poolvilla sits on 200 square wah (2 ngan) of land across from Na Jomtien–Huai Yai Beach and sleeps groups of 18–30. Plenty of space for a big group

The house sits on 200 square wah of land with parking for 6–7 cars inside the grounds, so groups of several families don't need to look for parking outside. The pool measures 11 × 4 × 1.5 meters, long enough to swim back and forth.

The house is 7 km from the sea. According to the house, Jomtien Beach, Ban Amphoe Beach, TuTu Beach, Cave Beach Club, Papa Beach and Nong Nooch Garden are about 5 minutes away.

Six bedrooms, including a bunk-bed room

On floor 1, Bedroom 1 has two 3-foot bunk beds and no en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed, and Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds; both of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

On floor 2, Bedroom 4 has two 5-foot beds, and Bedrooms 5 and 6 each have one 6-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and every room in the house has a water heater.

Complimentary items for 2-night stays and a ready-to-use kitchen

Guests staying 2 nights receive 100 liters of ice, 3 packs of 1,500 ml drinking water and 4 bags of barbecue charcoal for free. If that's not enough, you can order more ice at 50 baht per sack (25 liters) and charcoal at 25 baht per bag.

The kitchen has an electric rice cooker, a wooden mortar, an ice bucket, plates and bowls, and cooking equipment. Towels and bath amenities are provided for every guest, along with free Wi-Fi and a sound system. Outside the house, noise is allowed until 22:00.

Pets welcome, and shops near the house

The house accepts pets of all sizes at 500 baht each, up to 2 pets. You must bring your pet's cage or bed, and pets must stay in the designated area outside the house.

Near the house are CJ More (Huai Yai branch) about 217 meters away, Thanadon (a congee shop) about 317 meters away, and TESCO Lotus Express about 343 meters away. Attractions recommended by the house include Chang Thai Pattaya, Safari, the 4 Regions Floating Market and the Bira Circuit go-kart track.
