A big pool, a kids' pool and a slide

The main pool measures 8.5 × 5 meters and is 1.5 meters deep. Next to it is a separate 60 cm deep kids' pool for little ones, plus a slide that holds up to 100 kg.

The house provides fancy pool floats, kids' swim rings and children's life jackets, and 3 children aged 7 or under stay free.

A living room with an 85-inch screen

In the middle of the house is an 85-inch Smart TV with YouTube karaoke hooked up to JBL speakers with microphones, plus high-speed 3BB Wi-Fi. The whole house is air-conditioned, with water heaters.

Outdoor noise is allowed until no later than 23:00, so groups who want to keep the party going have until 23:00 outside.

Four guests per bedroom, plus a sofa bed

All three bedrooms have 2 5-ft beds, sleeping 4 guests per room. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have en-suite bathrooms, while Bedroom 3 uses the central bathroom.

The living room also has a sofa bed sleeping 2 more guests. Amenities include towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer.

The kitchen has a grill, a gas stove, a microwave, a rice cooker, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a pan, a mortar and pestle, insulated tumblers, an ice cooler and an ice bucket, but you'll need to bring your own seasonings.

Daily freebies are 1 bag of ice, 1 pack of drinking water and 1 bag of barbecue charcoal. If you'd rather not wash the kitchenware, the house charges an extra 300–500 baht depending on the amount.
