Close to the sea, with food right at the mouth of the soi

The house is 400 m from the sea, so a stroll along the beach or a quick ride there doesn't take long. If you want to go farther, the house rents out 1 PCX motorbike at 300 baht per day.

Shops around the house are very close: a 7-Eleven is about 48 meters away, Magic Food is about 72 meters away, and a Mini Big C is about 98 meters away, so if you forget anything, you can walk over and buy it right away.

A sloping pool with a 4.5-meter slide

The pool is 4 × 10 meters and 165 cm deep, sloping, with a chlorine system, a 4.5-meter slide and children's life jackets. Up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

A game table, a big kitchen and a safe

Inside, there's a 7-foot 4 in 1 game table for playing at night, a hair dryer, and a safe for valuables.

The large kitchen has plates, bowls, a steamer, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a shabu pot, a barbecue grill and an ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings. The house sells ice for 50 baht and charcoal for 30 baht.

Three bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds, and bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed, with 1 more bathroom outside. There's parking for 1 car inside and 2–3 more outside.
