The whole resort belongs to one group

This is a private property of over 2 rai exclusively for your group, with no other guests and no one to share with. Inside there is a private clubhouse, plus outdoor space and gardens for activities, so there's room if you want to hold outdoor group activities.

The private pool is 10 × 20 meters with graded depth up to 1.80 meters, plus a separate kids' pool. There is also a pool table, a table football table and a TV.

Rooms split across buildings

All 14 rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The house lists some of the details: Building A has 4 Studio rooms with 1 king-size bed each, and Building C has 2 Studio rooms with 1 king-size bed each, plus 1 Family room with 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds.

There are 16 bathrooms in total, so a big group won't have to wait long for the shower. Parking takes 20 cars and buses can park too, which is convenient for a group traveling together on one bus.

No need to cook if you'd rather not

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket. If you'd rather not cook, you can order made-to-order dishes over rice: pork or chicken for 80 baht, shrimp or squid for 95 baht, ordered 1 day before your stay. Other food can be ordered by the tray at 1,000–1,500 baht per tray.

The staff barbecue service covers grilling, serving, cleaning up after the BBQ meal and tidying up in the morning, but not cooking other food. The fee depends on group size: 1,500 baht per meal for up to 20 guests and 2,000 baht per meal for 20–32 guests (service fee only, food not included).

Ice is 50 baht per sack and charcoal 30 baht, and if you'd rather not wash up yourself, dishwashing costs 500–700 baht depending on the amount.

Low-key parties in the clubhouse

The resort is set up for low-key, family-style parties. Noise is allowed until 22:00, mainly in the clubhouse, and please keep sound inside the glass room. Bluetooth speakers are fine, but not outside the buildings after 22:00.

Bringing in sound systems, DJ equipment, lighting and sound rigs or amplifiers is not allowed, nor are gambling, drugs or anything illegal. If prohibited activities take place on the day of your stay without permission, the resort reserves the right to refuse your stay.

Good to know before booking

There is a 2-night minimum; for a 1-night booking you must always check with the house first. Pets of any kind are not allowed unless notified in advance.

The resort is across from Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan Beach, about 6.5 km from the sea. Nearby are Nigiwai about 450 meters away, Khao Chi Chan Pharmacy about 567 meters, a 7-Eleven about 611 meters, and Lotus's Go Fresh Nong Chap Tao about 940 meters.
