Mek Villa is an eight-bedroom house opposite Krathing Lai Beach that sleeps 16–38 guests. Its highlight is a 20 × 12 meter pool with a kids' pool and a water slide. A wide pool for a big crowd
The main pool is 20 × 12 meters, with a depth that slopes from 1 to 1.5 meters, so dozens of people can swim at once without crowding. Next to it is a separate 3 × 4 meter kids' pool, 85 cm deep, for little ones to splash in.
The water slide runs in the afternoon and evening from 15:00 to 21:00, and the pool lights are on a timer that switches them on automatically from 18:00 to 23:00, so you can still sit by the pool in the evening without having to turn them on and off yourself.
A pool party room in the common area
The common area has a pool party room that the house says isn't too loud, with a karaoke set and a pool table. The living room air conditioning is on a timer, running from 7 a.m. to 4 a.m.
Loud parties are allowed until 22:00, after which you can move inside and carry on, closing the doors so the sound doesn't leak out. The house does not allow any other speakers to be brought in, so you'll need to use the sound system provided.
Eight bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
Upstairs, bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two 3.5-foot beds, while bedrooms 3 to 8 each have a single 6-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there are also 2 guest bathrooms and 5 more poolside bathrooms.
Children under 120 cm tall stay free, up to 3 children (sleeping with their parents); beyond that, it's 300 baht per child. For large groups, extra bedrooms can be added at 1,500 baht per room per night, sleeping 1–3 guests.
Kitchen, barbecue and places near the house
The kitchen has cookware, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses and a grill. The house gives you the first bucket of ice free, after which ice is 50 baht per bag. Guests must clean up themselves; if washing up is inconvenient, a housekeeper is available for 500–1,500 baht.
Around the house are a 7-Eleven, about 235 meters away, Tesco Lotus Express Sukhumvit Pattaya 15 branch, about 238 meters, a buttered popcorn shop, about 237 meters, and a PT gas station, about 287 meters. The on-site parking holds 6 cars.
