ozone1 sleeps 12–15 guests. You can sit and drink by the pool all night, and after 23:00 move inside to keep singing on the YouTube karaoke system. Bedroom 1 has a bathtub, the house throws in free charcoal and drinking water, and stays of 3 nights or more get housekeeping on day 3.

Poolside until 23:00, then keep singing indoors

Noise is allowed around the pool until 23:00, and you can sit and drink by the pool all night, but under village rules, sound systems and loud noise by the pool must stop after 23:00. After that, the karaoke party can carry on indoors all night with the doors and windows closed.

The living room has 1 smart TV and a YouTube karaoke system, so you can pick songs right on the screen.

A chlorine pool with no life jackets

The chlorine pool measures 4 × 10 meters, 1.2 meters at the shallowest and 1.5 meters at the deepest. The house has no life jackets, so families with children should bring their own. Up to 2 children under 7 stay free.

Pool toys provided are 1 medium novelty float, 1 round swim ring and 1 basket of colored balls. Please check the novelty float's condition before use. If a float is damaged or bursts, guests must buy a replacement or pay compensation to the house, or you can bring your own floats.

Bedroom 1: floor mattresses and a bathtub

Bedroom 1 has three 5-foot mattresses laid on the floor, with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and a separate bathroom, and there's 1 more small bathroom by the pool.

The house has water heaters, a hair dryer, towels, tissues, garbage bags, soap and shampoo. Stays of 2 nights include no linen change or cleaning, while stays of 3 nights or more get cleaning and a linen change on day 3.

The kitchen, freebies and washing up

The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove, a microwave, a rice cooker, a steamer, a soup pot, a frying pan, an electric kettle, a mortar and pestle, a fruit knife, a vegetable-washing basin and a 15-liter ice cooler. Ovaltine and coffee are provided. Please bring your own seasonings. The house gives you 2 bags of charcoal and 1 dozen 600 ml bottles of drinking water for free, while 10 kg of ice costs 35 baht, with delivery until 20:00.

If you'd rather not wash the dishes and kitchenware, the housekeeper can do it for 300–500 baht depending on the amount. There's no extra charge if you wash them yourself. There's parking for 3–5 cars inside the property.
