This house's selling point is its location, just 90 m from Jomtien's sea. The house has surfboards you can borrow for playing in the waves and taking photos, plus a table and camping chairs to carry down to the beach for a relaxed evening, all free to borrow.
Near the house there is a Sochi restaurant about 41 meters away, a FamilyMart about 111 meters away and a Tops Daily about 116 meters away, so if you run out of anything you can just walk out and buy it.
A saltwater pool with a back-massage spa corner
The saltwater pool measures 2 × 5 meters and has a shallow spa zone 40 cm deep with 4 back-massage spa jets. The 120 cm section is the same depth throughout the pool, making it better suited to soaking and relaxing than swimming laps.
The house does not provide pool floats, so bring your own if you want one. Beside the pool there is 1 poolside lounge room for hanging out.
Two large rooms and two small rooms
Downstairs is a master bedroom with two 5-foot beds that sleeps 4 guests, with an en-suite bathroom and a sofa for relaxing. Upstairs is another master bedroom with three 5-foot beds that sleeps 6 guests, with an en-suite bathroom, plus 2 small bedrooms that sleep 2 guests each.
Besides the en-suite bathrooms, there is 1 more separate bathroom on each of the upper and lower floors. Every bathroom has hot water, shower gel and shampoo, and bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels are changed daily.
Karaoke, a pool table and BBQ
The house has karaoke and a pool table. The kitchen has all the basic equipment, including a mortar, a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, a kettle and an ice bucket, along with a BBQ grill and an ice chest for keeping fresh food cold.
Noise is allowed outside the house until 22:00, after which you can carry on indoors all night, but smoking is not allowed in the house or bedrooms, and violators will be charged the actual smoking fee.
