A pool with separate depths for kids and adults
The pool covers 100 square meters and is split into an adult pool 1.40 meters deep and a kids' pool 0.60 meters deep. The water slide doesn't run all day but in two sessions, 8.00–11.00 and 17.00–21.00, so you can plan to play both in the morning before heading out and in the evening once the sun softens.
The house asks guests to rinse off thoroughly before getting in the pool, as the water turns cloudy within a few hours otherwise. Drinking glasses and glass bottles are not allowed in the pool, and children may not swim alone without a parent or guardian watching.
A corner for the kids
Besides the kids' pool, the house has a playroom stocked with children's toys and storybooks, a place for little ones to rest while the adults sing karaoke. Noise is allowed outside until 22:00, while indoors you can keep the sound going all night as long as the doors are shut tight and other houses aren't disturbed.
The house also has 1 extra room (Room 9) with air conditioning and a sofa, which works as a lounge corner or space for extra guests.
Big beds upstairs, twin beds downstairs
Upstairs, Bedrooms 1 to 4 each have one 6-foot bed; Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, Bedrooms 5 to 8 each have two 3.5-foot beds, which suits splitting up friends or letting older kids share a room.
The house provides mattresses and bedding as listed in the house details; if you're worried there won't be enough, you can bring your own. Amenities include shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer and towels.
An electric kitchen and a gas BBQ grill
The kitchen uses an electric stove and has a toaster, a microwave, pots, a kettle, pans, a mortar and pestle, knives and a full set of plates and bowls. The house's BBQ grill runs on gas, with no charcoal grill, so barbecue fans don't need to haul charcoal along.
Complimentary extras are 24 bottles of 550 ml drinking water (2 packs) and a nearly full 60-liter bucket of ice, provided on check-in day only. There's parking for 8 cars, 6 inside the property and 2 more around the house. A 7-Eleven is about 346 meters away on foot.

Good to know before you stay
- Sleeps 16 (not counting children under 10). All 16 can sleep in beds, with extra bedding for up to 24.
- House security deposit of 10,000 baht (refunded after check-out). Any damage to the house or property, inside the house or on the grounds, will be charged at the actual cost of the damage (items and repair labor).
- Foreign guests pay a security deposit of 20,000 baht.
- No smoking anywhere on the property; violators are fined 10,000 baht.
- No pets of any kind are allowed at the property, under any circumstances.
- No gambling, no drug use and no carrying weapons.
- The house is not responsible for loss of or damage to your belongings for any reason during your stay. Please look after and keep your belongings safe yourself.
- Kitchen equipment is free to use. Please wash everything after use; if that's inconvenient, a 1,500 baht service fee applies.
- Drinking glasses and glass bottles are not allowed in the pool. If glass breaks in the pool, you are responsible for the pool cleaning cost.
- Children may not swim alone without a parent or guardian watching.
- No loud noise after 22.00. Indoors, sound is allowed all night; please keep the doors tightly closed.
- No shoes of any kind that could damage the floors inside the house.
- In the event of a fight, a legal case, or a complaint to the police about inappropriate behavior, guests must check out immediately.
- If you don't stay on the booked dates, the house reserves the right not to refund the rental under any circumstances.
- Receipts/invoices cannot be issued.
