Snooker, karaoke and a pool with a slide for large groups
The pool measures 6 × 4 meters with a sloping depth from 30 cm at the shallowest to 150 cm. It has a 5-meter slide and 3–4 life jackets for young and older children (none for adults). Up to 3 children under 7 stay free.
The house has a genuine 4 × 7 foot snooker table and YouTube karaoke. No loud noise after 22:00, but you can still sing in the karaoke room as long as you keep the door closed every time so as not to disturb the neighbors.

Four bedrooms, and bathroom details to know before assigning rooms
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot mattress, while bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed, and all three rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed but no en-suite bathroom; its bathroom is in the living room.
Every room has a water heater, there are enough towels for the number of guests and 1 room has a hair dryer, but there is no shampoo, soap or tissue. Every bathroom has a small trash bin, and all bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (the kitchen does not).

A kitchen and an ice chest for a crowd
The kitchen has pans, pots, plates, bowls, a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, a mortar and pestle, a cutting board and knives, but please bring your own seasonings. The large ice chest holds 5–7 sacks of ice (10 kilograms per sack).
You can order ice at 60 baht per bag, charcoal at 35 baht per bag or 3 bags for 100 baht, and drinking water at 50 baht per pack, with orders taken until 16:00. Near the house there is CJ More Chak Ngaeo about 760 meters away and the Saturday Chak Ngaeo Market about 980 meters away.

House rules you need to know, because there are fines
No smoking in the rooms (smoking is allowed only outside), with a 1,000 baht fine for violations. Do not eat by the pool or let food scraps fall into it, do not bring strong-smelling food such as durian or som tam into the living room, and do not take food up to the bedrooms.
Do not urinate or vomit in the pool or swim while menstruating. If any of this happens, the pool must be cleaned again and a 5,000 baht fine applies, and do not throw food scraps or foreign objects into the pool.
While the air conditioning is on, please close the doors of every room tightly, and turn it off when nobody is in the room to save electricity. Since this house does not charge extra for electricity, everyone is asked to help save power for the benefit of all.
