A rooftop for relaxing in the evening

The house sits on 63 square wah of land with 131 square meters of living space. Upstairs is a rooftop for taking in the view, catching the breeze and having a relaxed party, a different spot from sitting by the pool below.

Loud noise is allowed outside until about 22:00 and indoors all night. Please avoid loud noise outside the house after 22:00, so the light-up karaoke session can carry on indoors.

A salt pool with a slide

The saltwater pool is 1.2 meters deep, with a slide and 1 fancy swim ring. Children up to 7 years old stay free, 4 guests.

The house is about 4.8 km from the sea. The house information lists the beach access at Soi 3/5 as about 3 km away, and beach chairs and restaurants as about 6 km away.

Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two 5-foot beds, and bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, for 6 beds in total. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a TV.

Towels and personal toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own. Extra guests cost 400 baht per person.

A separate kitchen

The separate kitchen has a fridge, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, grill, portable gas stove, pots, pans, a steamer, a chopping board, a mortar and pestle, cups, plates, bowls, spoons and an ice bucket.

2 cars can park in front of the house, and the rest can park within the project grounds. Makro is about 3 km away, and the 7-11 shops at the entrance of the soi are about 1.1 km and 1.4 km away.

Conditions to read before booking

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is no later than 12:00. Late check-out is charged at 500 baht per hour. Smoking inside the house and bedrooms is prohibited, and the house reserves the right to refuse events or groups larger than the set limit.

The damage deposit is 2,000 baht. Any equipment or items that are broken or lost will be charged at actual cost, deducted from the house deposit, and once booked the house reserves the right not to refund the deposit under any circumstances.

The house's pet information is inconsistent. The pet details list a fee of 300 baht/night for small pets and 500 baht/night for large pets, but the house rules say pets are not accepted under any circumstances and may not be brought into the house. Anyone planning to bring a pet must get a clear answer from the admin before booking.
