The swimming pool measures 3.5 × 14 meters and is 1.2 meters deep. It's a long pool you can swim laps in, and the house has 2 stand-up paddleboards (SUP Boards) for you to try paddling.

Noise is allowed until 22:00. There is parking for 4–5 cars on the property and 3 cars outside.

On arrival you get 5 bags of charcoal, 2 sacks of ice and 2 packs of drinking water, so there's no need to stop and shop before getting to the house.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, wine glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket. If you'd like to eat out, Kham Ngoen Seafood is about 670 meters away, and FamilyMart (Phetkasem Road) is about 1.2 km away.

Four bedrooms, bunk beds in three rooms

Bedroom 1 has 1 bed (5 ft) with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 1 bed (5 ft) and 1 bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 likewise each have 1 bed (5 ft) and 1 bunk bed.

Children under 10 stay free, up to 4 children, so families with several kids can put the children in the bunk beds.

Pets are welcome, but not in the pool

The house accepts pets at 500 baht per pet/night, and pets are not allowed in the pool. Bring a leash or a pen for when people are swimming.
