A 17 meter long private pool and a kids' pool

The private swimming pool measures 17 × 4 meters and is 140 centimeters deep, long enough for laps, while the kids' pool is 50 centimeters deep and set apart for children to play in.

The house is 3.5 km from the sea, so daytime is mostly spent at the pool. For anyone who wants to get out a bit, the house provides free bicycles, and 7-Eleven is close by and easy to ride to.

One room downstairs, four upstairs

Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor with 2 beds (6 ft) and an en-suite bathroom; it's the only room that doesn't require climbing stairs.

Bedrooms 2 to 5 are on the 2nd floor: room 2 has 3 beds (6 ft), rooms 3 and 4 have 2 beds (6 ft), and room 5 has 1 bed (6 ft) and 1 bed (3.5 ft). Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more bathroom by the living room.

Thai kitchen and European kitchen

There is a full set of cooking equipment in both the Thai kitchen and the European kitchen, so groups with both stir-fry fans and baking fans can split up the cooking. However, please bring your own ingredients and seasonings.

The house has a Coway water purifier for use during your stay.

Fence, parking and dog rules

The house is fenced, with parking for 5–6 cars on the property and space for several more cars outside.

Owners of small dogs can bring them along at 500 baht each, but if a pet urinates on the curtains or damages anything else, there is an additional fine of 1,000 baht or more, so don't let them roam the rooms unattended.
